第一天： 1.鞍山市区－沈大（沈阳－大连）高速鞍山入口，行驶15KM，市区路； 2.从西柳转道盘海营（盘锦－海城－营口）高速，行驶61KM，双向8车道，国内第一条，巨爽！ 3.在盘锦上京沈（北京－沈阳）高速公路，行驶88KM，双向4车道，车少，路况好。 上述部分地图略。 4.在锦州转上锦朝（锦州－朝阳）高速，行驶81KM，准双向8车道，部分路段修路，好像没见过不修的时候！ 5.从锦朝高速公路朝阳终点下道，行驶103KM，车少，路况好。 至此，行驶里程共计348KM，交路费120元，全部是高速公路
